About Chloe

Chloe is the Care Coordinator at Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees.

Joining us with a wealth of care knowledge already due to her previous experience as a support worker, Chloe understands how important it is that we make it as easy and as comfortable as possible for our customers to remain in their homes. Her background in social care has also equip Chloe with the necesary skills that make an excellent coordinator. Her empathy and passion make it easy for her to communicate with our customers and care professionals, which is the key to ensuring the smooth running of care.

Chloe also has a great understanding of how to operate our scheduling systems, thanks to her diploma in IT, meaning she is able to effectively plan customer care in a way that is beneficial both to our customers and our care professionals.

I thoroughly enjoy working in care because it brings me a sense of accomplishment to know that I'm actively helping those who need it.
