Sharon oversees operations to ensure our team have everything they need to provide an exceptional service. She is passionate about customer service and the recruitment and retention of quality staff.

Kate, Customer Care Specialist
Kate introduces new customers to our service, from the initial consultation through to creating their personalised care plan. She works closely with our customer relationship team to ensure a warm welcome and ongoing support.
Sue, Customer Relationship Manager
Sue is the primary contact for our existing customers. She liaises with health professionals and family members to ensure all needs are met, while managing any schedule, care plan or service queries.
Amelia, Care Co-ordinator
Amelia manages our weekly schedules, pairing customers with the right care assistants to meet their individual needs. They prioritise continuity of care, and communicates any daily changes.
Tennesse, Live-in Care Co-ordinator
Tennesse is a key link between our home and live-in services, matching care staff to customer preferences. She also co-ordinates handovers to ensure seamless transitions for live-in staff changeovers.
