Trained Care Experts
With an in-house specialist Dementia Care Adviser both our home and live-in care teams are trained Dementia Friends and have regular training and supervision to develop their skills and knowledge to provide the very best care and support possible.

Do you have lots of questions about dementia but you have been feeling too overwhelmed to find the right person to ask? Would you like to talk to someone who understands what it is like to look after someone with dementia at home? Would you like to learn more about a specific dementia type and find out what you can do to help your person with dementia live well at home for as long as possible?
Allowances and Grants
As an unpaid family carer of someone with dementia, would you like information, advice or support to claim Attendance Allowance? Are you already being paid Attendance Allowance, would you like to know more about claiming a 25% Council Tax Reduction? If you are spending lots of time visiting and helping your person with dementia, would you like to learn more about a Carers' Grant payment (up to £500 per annum, not means-tested) that is aimed at enabling you to have some relaxing 'me time'?
