Senior Leadership Team
Phil, John, Charlotte and Kim
Phil and John started Bluebird Care in West Berkshire and Basingstoke in 2007. Since then they have expanded their home care business to include the whole of Basingstoke & Deane and Hart & Rushmoor in addition to West Berkshire. Charlotte joined in 2010 and Kim in 2012 both starting as Care Experts before progressing through a variety of roles to being part of the senior leadership team and jointly responsible for day to day operations.

Kirsty meets all prospective new customers and helps them decide exactly what care and support they need. Ellis leads on planning and implementing customer and care expert schedules whilst Tia supports our Live-in customers and ensures that the right care expert is matched to the right customer.

Tracey is the first appointment to a new role at Bluebird Care in 2025; Care For Children and Young People Service Manager. Tracey is the first point of contact for SEN schools looking for support in the classroom with personal care and for SEN coordinators and families who she works with on alternative provision services, focussing on inclusion and transition back in to the classroom.

Lucy looks after all things digital and design, adding a creative flair to our local customer and care expert events whilst Zara looks after compliance and auditing. Charlotte is responsible for all of our customer invoicing and credit control and is likely to be the voice on the end of the phone when you make a payment.
