Senior Management Team
Phil, John, Charlotte and Kim
Phil and John started Bluebird Care in West Berkshire and Basingstoke in 2007. Since then they have expanded their business to include the whole of Basingstoke & Deane and Hart & Rushmoor. Charlotte joined in 2010 and Kim in 2012 both starting as Care Experts before progressing through a variety of roles to being part of the senior management team and jointly responsible for day to day operations.

Tracey, Ellis, Tamsin and Zara
Tracey manages all of the care delivery at Bluebird Care and leads on Children's Services. Ellis prepares all the customer and care expert schedules whilst Zara looks after compliance and auditing. Tamsin heads up our dementia services; supporting customers and training staff members as well as running the Hungerford Dementia Cafe.
