The Care Quality Commission (CQC) visited our offices on 24th October 2012 to carry out a routine but unannounced inspection.

The inspector spoke with a number of customers and carers interviewed our Care Manager and Gary Johnson as director.

As an organisation we passed our first inspection with flying colours, some comments from customers and carers included:

I’m very satisfied with my carer & Bluebird Care, I can’t fault them”.

If I was a client, I would go for Bluebird Care; we really accommodate client’s needs”.

…(the care worker) is a very kind and caring person. We feel very lucky to have her caring for Mum & have complete trust in her”.

… we like to go above and beyond here, we have some superb care workers”.

I’ve been put forward for a National Vocational Qualification (NQV) Level 3 & that is so good for a company to support you like that”.

We appreciate that results such as these do not happen by accident and we realise that this inspection outcome has been a result of the dedication & professionalism of our wonderful care team.
