Bluebird Care is a franchised network of independently owned limited companies who operate under the Bluebird Care brand. The national office (National Support Team) has no direct management of the day to day operations of these limited companies so initially any grievance or complaint needs to be directed to your local Bluebird Care office to be investigated. You can request the complaints procedure from the local office which will outline the options available to you.
If you are dissatisfied with the response you receive please submit, in writing, full details of your complaint to care@bluebirdcare.co.uk. In these instances, we will only act as an intermediary between yourself and the relevant Bluebird Care office.

Employment related - ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law. The ACAS helpline number is 0300 123 100.
Care Related - refer to the Local Authority and Social Care Ombudsman Service ( LGO). The LGO is an independent service in the UK settling disputes between consumers and businesses providing social care services. Details for the LGO website – www.lgo.org.uk
