Throughout my role as a care assistant for Bluebird care I have always felt fully supported. Both by my colleagues, who provide wise advice whenever it is required; support is also fully provided by the office staff, who are always available to answer any queries and talk through any concerns that I may have.

Joining bluebird care I have felt supported by careers and management team. When joining I always had support of others careers when doing new calls and in double ups, everyone has been lovely and assisted when needed. I am supported with management in many ways it’s such a flexible job and I really do love the job.

If you ever have a question or problem, the team are amazing to help. When I broke down a career covered me and manager in charge helped me and made sure I was ok.

The team is always chatty to each other and we check in on each other. During my time of being with bluebird I done my training while breastfeeding and the support was amazing, I also had to take my children to the awards ceremony,  everyone is lovely and chats to them. Such a flexible job and really enjoy it.

The office also supported me loads due to personal reasons and I always felt supported and was able to talk to managers.

Thank you for your kind email. The Bluebird team has treated me exceptionally well in every aspect. I've had an outstanding experience working here and have consistently recommended it to others.

However, I'm thrilled to share that I've just received funding to pursue nursing education. I will be resuming full time education in September hence, my notice of resignation.

I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to work here and being a part of this amazing team.

Mum has had several Bluebird carers over the years - all of whom have been good, but Rupa is exceptional.

Rupa is kind and caring and very good company for Mum. Rupa helps mum with all aspects of her care, is proactive and thoughtful, practical and a great problem solver as well. Mum is very happy with Rupa and thinks that she is the best carer that she has had and we would agree with her.

Rupa deserves to be acknowledged for how hard she works and for the care and compassion that she brings to her work.

Barbara has been an excellent holistic career and it was an honour to have her care for my dear father.

I just wanted to follow up to say thank you for everything you have done making arrangements for Dad.
 
Liz - Your time on the phone was extremely informative and gave me gear peace of mind. 
 
Tracey - The way you handled the hospital visit was magnificent.  You make Dad, the hospital team and myself with great skill,  experience and compassion.  Also incredibly helpful with all of the follow up calls we've had. 
 
You have exceeded any expectations and made us both feel very comfortable. 
 
Now just hoping it goes well with Dad and the carer!
 

I would just like to give our thoughts on Raquel’s care and help during her stay with us.  We found Raquel an excellent carer, very attentive to Andy’s needs, helping him at all times when walking, prompting him to lift his left leg, as soon as she heard my instructions to Andy, she repeated the same time and time again.  Would sit with Andy and have meaningful conversation with him, on hand at all times during the day.  If she was on her break and I was struggling she would rush to my aid.  She couldn’t have been more helpful.
 
In our opinion she is an extremely valued member of your team, we are just sorry she could not have stayed for longer.  

I just wanted to let you know how lucky we feel to have had Gifty caring for my mum. Gifty has been amazing. My mum loved her (and we did too). Although I know you can train for practical care, what makes Gifty so special is the genuine emotional care and companionship she gave my mum (and Dad before he passed). I think this is due to Gifty's naturally kind nature.
