CQC Says that we are good

Following our CQC inspection in February, we have been assessed as Good in all areas.

In February we had our CQC inspection visit. This is the opportunity for the CQC, who are the regulator for all things to do with healthcare provision, to come and have a good look at us and how we are doing things and to assess that against their criteria to decide how well we are doing things.

This was our first inspection and so we did not have any previous inspection reports to compare against.

The report has now come back and the insperctor has assessed us as being good in all areas. That is that we are considered to have good and robust systems to ensure that the company and the care that we provide is well led, safe, effective, responsive and most importantly - caring.

This was a fabulous result for a first inspection and it demonstrates the hard work that Kirsty, Vicki and Nicola are doing to make sure that their goal for Bluebird Care Dudley - being the best home care provider around - is achieved.
