Welcoming new recruits to the Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden team

I have come to Bluebird Care from working in a children’s nursery for the last 5 years. After the death of my grandad to Alzheimer’s. I wanted to go into adult care. My training has been extremely informative and I cant wait to get out into the community to meet all the Bluebird Care customers.

Having thought about care work for many years but being to afraid to go for it, it is now at the age of 29 that I decided to take the plunge. After one weeks training with Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden my concerns have already gone and I know this is what I want to do. The training is thorough, supportive and first class. I have a whole new appreciation and respect for what a care worker does every single day. I cannot wait to get out there and raise the flag as a Bluebird Care assistant.
