We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in June.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in June.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on 10th June 2016 and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers:
 
My mum has regular carers. We're very happy with them. They are well trained, their standards and behaviour are good."
