It's so good to be able to celebrate Kayley’s 9-year journey with Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede! Starting as a Care Coordinator in 2015, she has grown into her role as our Registered Care Manager, leaving a lasting impact on both our customers and the teams she leads - hands on! "Kayley’s leadership has been instrumental to our success. She creates a supportive environment that encourages growth while ensuring the highest standard of care for all our customers. Jonathan & Vanessa Billington
Jonathan Billington brings a deep-rooted passion for social care, as his family has been in the sector for nearly 40 years. Before joining Bluebird Care, Jonathan built a successful career in account management, working with large multinational clients in the IT and Telecoms industries. Alongside his wife Vanessa, a trained therapist with 15 years of experience, Jonathan has built this Bluebird Care office with a customer-first approach. They are driven by a shared commitment to getting things right for every customer. Their approach centres on recruiting and nurturing a team of compassionate, selfless individuals, which they believe is the foundation of excellent care. Jonathan and Vanessa take pride not only in providing exceptional care but also in creating meaningful career opportunities for people in their local community who share their passion for a professional in service.
Kayley Ginn
Since joining Bluebird Care in 2015, Kayley Ginn has risen through the ranks, starting as a Care Coordinator and now serving as our Registered Manager. Known for her experience, decisive nature, and positive attitude, Kayley is highly respected by her team. She is described as supportive and relaxed, a true people person who leads with empathy. Kayley takes pride in ensuring that every customer receives the highest standard of care. In her role, she oversees the daily operations and ensures compliance with strict industry regulations. Her leadership is key to maintaining the quality and consistency that Bluebird Care is known for, making her an invaluable asset to both her team, our customers and the whole business.
Rhiann Davies
Rhiann Davies joined Bluebird Care in January 2022 as a Care Assistant, bringing with her over three years of experience in the social care field. Her professionalism and passion for helping others quickly stood out, leading to her promotion soon after she joined. In her current role, Rhiann excels in supervising her team, administrative duties and in-the-field support. She splits her time between carrying out assessments for new customers and reviewing care plans for existing ones. Her dedication to being out in the community ensures that our Bluebird Care office continues to provide personalised and effective care. Rhiann is also a trusted source of support for the care team, demonstrating her leadership abilities and commitment to quality care.
Bibiana Correa Restrepo
Bibiana, affectionately known as Bibi, initially joined Bluebird Care as a part-time carer while balancing a role at Sainsbury's. It didn’t take long for her to discover that her true passion lay in care work, leading her to commit full-time to becoming part of our Bluebird Care team. Now, as a Senior Care Worker and Field Care Supervisor, Bibi plays a crucial role in both the office and in the field. Her leadership, kindness, and dedication have made her an indispensable member of the team. Bibi supports the office staff, customers, and her fellow care workers, ensuring that everyone receives the highest level of care and attention. Her positive energy and commitment shine through in everything she does and she is a key part of supporting our customers who affectionately see her as part of their extended family.

Vivien Hucker
Vivien began her career in 2014 as a Care Assistant, steadily advancing to Senior Care Assistant and eventually assuming the role of a Care Coordinator in 2019. She joined us in 2024 and finds fulfilment in her current position, which allows her to blend administrative duties with meaningful customer interactions. Building strong relationships with our customers is at the heart of Vivien's role, reflecting her dedication to their wellbeing. Outside of work, Vivien prioritises an active lifestyle, promoting health and fitness to support others in achieving their best possible health.
Jackie Boekman
Jackie has been the dedicated Bookkeeper at Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede since 2016, bringing with her 30 years of invaluable experience. Her expertise and attention to detail provide essential support to the team. Beyond her skills, Jackie is known for her empathy and passion for people, making her an integral part of the Bluebird Care family.
