Karen’s early career involved a variety of roles, from fundraising to body piercing and hairdressing, as she explored different paths to find her passion. Six years ago, she entered the care sector and hasn’t looked back since. Karen began as a support worker in residential services, moving on to senior and team leader positions with other companies.

Now, as the Care Coordinator for Bluebird Care Gosport, Karen couldn’t be happier. Having lived in Gosport all her life, she is proud to support her local community by ensuring that individuals receive care packages that enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
