Eva Heinisch

Training Manager / Deputy Manager

Eva Started with Bluebird Care in November 2022

I started as a care assistant in 2006 and realised that this is the industry, I will dedicate my life to. I have quickly progressed to work as a coordinator and supervisor. Few years ago, I have stepped up the ladder as a manager, but really found out that teaching is my biggest passion. I understood that “knowledge is a power” so I moved away from day to day managing onto learning and developing and found the prefect role with Bluebird as I can enjoy both roles in one.  I believe that when staff has in depth knowledge about how to look after people properly, they will have the correct tools to deliver true person-centred care.

Lynne Williams

Care Supervisor

Lynne joined Bluebird Care Harrow in 2021 originally as a care assistant, but it was quickly established that Lynne would be the ideal candidate for the role as care supervisor.

My journey with care began in 2000 when I joined a care home as a Care Assistant. I initially thought that I could be a Carer while studying at university as the hours worked around my timetable. I very quickly discovered that I loved the clients and the work and gave up my studies at university. I stayed with that company for approximately 4 years.

Due to family circumstances, I changed my career and went to work in an office where I remained until 2012. I then went onto work as a Support Worker in a semi independent unit catering for young people coming out of foster care. Our priority was to ensure that they had the skills in order to be able to look after themselves when they reached 18 and or moved into their own homes. This was quite a challenging role but we had many young adults wishing to stay with us longer than we could accommodate them.

I then took the decision to try to get a position in Domiciliary Care and approached Bluebird and as they say the rest is history. I started in October 2021 as a care assistant then was quickly promoted too Field Care Supervisor for Harrow. I have enjoyed every day that I have worked here. It can be hard, tiring work but the rewards are great. I love chatting to our clients as they are a massive resource of history and life experiences and I always leave each client having learnt something new.

I never thought of working in Domiciliary Care before but would recommend it for anyone who is wanting to work as a care assistant, and I know I made the right decision when my family say that I have now regained my love of caring.

Maxine Lucas

Supervisor

In 2022, Maxine joined Bluebird Care, as our Field Care Supervisor, bringing along 7 year experience of working in a domiciliary care as a care assistant and as a care supervisor.

I have been in the care since 2015 as a care and support worker. I enjoyed working and through my hard work and dedication I was promoted to field care supervisor, in this role I was working with the vulnerable children who were living with learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy and other conditions.

In 2022, I decide to move out into a new environment and I joined Bluebird Care Brent, as their Field Care Supervisor.  In my role, I ensure clients are receiving the care and support, they expect and deserve. I liaise with the clients directly both at the commencement of the service and for its duration. This also involves conducting assessments, undertaking reviews on a regular basis. I am responsible for supervising and managing the care assistants and ensuring that they are always adhering to Bluebird Cares' high standards Bluebird Care is a very nice company to work with and feel like a valued member of the team.

Janvi Rabadia

Janvi started at Bluebird Care in January 2021, and proved to be a fantastic care assistant. She has worked her way up to be our supervisor in Brent. We look forward to an exciting career ahead.

I have never worked in the health sector before, but since I joined Bluebird Care, I have realised that the health sector is where I belong.  Every time I help a customer, the smile that comes on their face, makes this job the best that there is.The team is very supportive, they have guided and helped me to create a better future, it feels like I work with my family. I am very grateful to join the team and work with such highly motivating and professional people
