Michael, Tania & GeorgeFranchise Owners: Michael & Tania Hackett and George Morris

The Bluebird Care Highgate & Haringey office is owned and operated by husband and wife Michael & Tania Hackett and George Morris.

Michael, Tania and George all met at University in Manchester in 2000 and have been close friends ever since. With complimentary skills and qualifications, all have extensive care management experience owning and running other successful Bluebird Care offices in London. They have personally seen first-hand the importance of quality driven, person-centred care due to family situations. which they are in turn passionate about delivering to their customers. 

Before working in the care industry Michael spent the majority of his professional life working for the global recruitment business Michael Page where he specialised in placing people into a range of positions in the Health and Social Care sector. This experience of working in a “matching” industry means Michael understands the importance of selecting and placing the most appropriate Care Workers with the right customers. 

Tania is a qualified solicitor with eight years post-qualification experience in employment law. Tania’s background in legal and compliance has made it possible for Bluebird Care to create a stable operating platform from which the team’s care specialists can provide high-quality care services to a range of customers across the borough of Haringey.

George has over 12 years management experience. Prior to care George worked for two global recruitment search companies working across different time zones and with many different nationalities. With a diverse management and marketing background George understands the importance of creating great culture as well as developing and supporting staff.

Terina JonesRegistered Care Manager: Terina Jones

Terina started working in the care industry in 1999, working as a health care assistant in Southend hospital. She progressed to mentoring and NVQ assessing other HCA’s in A&E. It was clear that she wanted to continue to pursue a career in health and social care so she took up a registered manager role in a domiciliary care business and has since held operational and regional manager roles. Terina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team as our registered care manager, she has a clear passion for supporting people and working in an organisation where she can make a real difference. Terina has many qualifications, including a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.


Bridget InalDeputy Care Manager: Bridget Inal

Bridget originally trained as a general nurse and gained several years' experience working in acute settings before transferring to the community where she had various roles supporting children, young people, and their families in their own homes. 


Eka KopaleishviliCare Coordinator: Eka Kopaleishvili 

Eka lived in America for 2 years working as a nanny before moving to London. She started her career as an English teacher, mainly teaching at secondary school level but longed to work in the care industry. She started working as a care assistant visiting people's homes, delivering a very high level of support and care. She has continued her learning and increased her knowledge around domiciliary care and is now an integral part of the office team where she focuses on supporting and coordintaing our entire team.


Angela WhitearCare Supervisor: Angela Whitear

Before joining the Bluebird Care in April 2020, Angela worked in sales and also in hospices. It was a challenging start and introduction to home care in April 2020 due to COVID-19 but she thoroughly enjoyed her two years as a care assistant and she excelled in her role. Angela continued her progression and became our care coordinator in July 2022 at our neighbouring Camden & Hampstead office before joining the Highgate and Haringey team as our Care Supervisor in September 2023.
