Having started as a Care Assistant in 2017, Simone has an excellent grasp on the day-to-day deliver of care in the community.

This experience has given her an excellent understanding of the importance of ensuring our Care Assistants and customers have everything they need.

Being passionate about high quality care, Simone feels privileged to have such a pivotal role in supporting our customers!

Sinead joined the care sector following the COVID-19 pandemic, where she has been able to out work her passion for looking after people.

Initially joining the team as Care Assistant, Sinead showed so much passion and drive that she became a Care Supervisor within just three months.

Sinead showed us just how well she knew her customers and her colleagues her organisation was amazing it seemed only fitting to give her the role of Care Coordinator.

Neville

Neville chose to join the Bluebird Care team after a desire to change career. With a degree in marketing and media, he also had a passion for giving back and wanted to put that at the centre of his career.

In his role as Care Supervisor, Neville is now able to spend time giving back to the community. He loves helping others and providing support not just to our customers, but his colleagues as they deliver much needed support.

Gemma

Care Supervisor

Gemma originally applied to join the Bluebird Care team as a Care Assistant, however given her years of experience within the industry we felt she was more suited to the role of Care Supervisor.

Since starting, Gemma has completed some additional training in the form of her train the trainer course and now supports our training team inducting and onboarding our new Care Assistants, setting them on the path to success.

Kerry

Care Supervisor

Kerry first joined the Bluebird Care team in 2024 as a care assistant and having never done care before, quickly discovered it was the career she wanted to pursue.

Care has helped Kerry uncover a passion for helping people and watching them gain happiness as well as confidence - particularly when she sees the smile on their faces.

In her spare time, Kerry enjoys reading as well as spending time with her two gorgeous children.
