Customer Survey Results Are In!

It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our customers and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be. Our most recent survey results highlight that customers are very complimentary of the care they receive and quality of tasks our Care Assistants carry out.

Our most recent survey results highlight that customers are very complimentary of the care they receive and quality of tasks our Care Assistants carry out.

In particular, over 90% of respondents indicated that they are satisfied with the care they receive, being treated with respect and politeness.
