We are pleased to say a huge big well done to Senior Care Assistant Roxana who has been awarded our Care Assistant of the month award for June!
We are pleased to say a huge big well done to Senior Care Assistant Roxana who has been awarded our Care Assistant of the month award for June!It is extremely important to recognise the hard work and dedication of our staff throughout their career with us and each month, one member of staff is nominated to receive the award that recognizes things such as their commitment, dedication, compliments from customers and much more.
Roxana has taken on and adapted to the role of Senior Care Assistant very well since she joined us and is extremely dedicated to the care she provides. She also works extremely hard, being flexible and always willing to help out.
Care Manager, Jade, said:
Roxana has developed a lot since she first joined us and it is very encouraging to see how she has taken so well to her role with Bluebird Care.
As well as being passionate about the care she provides, Roxana is great team player and always happy to be flexible to help out the team should we ever need to book in things such as additional last minute calls for our customers.
Roxana was delighted about receiving the award. I even got a hug!
Our Care Assistant of the month award is reviewed the last week of each month and announced in the first week of the following month. Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.
