Announcing Our Care Assistant Of The Month

We are delighted to announce that Live in Care Assistant Michael has been awarded Care Assistant of the month! Michael was nominated because he continually shows such dedication to his role with Bluebird Care.
We are delighted to announce that Live in Care Assistant Michael has been awarded Care Assistant of the month!Michael was nominated because he continually shows such dedication to his role with Bluebird Care.
One example of this is when his customer was admitted to hospital, Michael chose to go with him to ensure the transfer went smoothly and stayed by his side, sleeping in the chair next to his bed, to provide reassurance.
Michael is also willing to change his personal plans where his customers need him and one customer even commented to us that he is like the son the customer never had.
