This week we have celebrated with Training Manager Nicola, who has marked her fourth anniversary with us!
This week we have celebrated with Training Manager Nicola, who has marked her fourth anniversary with us!
Nicola joined the Bluebird Care team as a Care Assistant in our Gravesham & Dartford office before being promoted to the position of Care Supervisor and then Training Manager.
Nicola is passionate about providing high quality training and leads our induction training sessions in a friendly, engaging way. The training she provides helps ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of care possible.
Operations Manager Clare commented:
