Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Zelda has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for July! Zelda is an all round unsung hero and we wanted to thank her for the diligence that she shows towards her role in helping out whenever we need and patiently supporting her customers.

In addition to this, Zelda is a very popular Care Assistant, with our customers regularly asking for her to come back to visit them regularly!
Care Manager Mel explained:
