We recently arrange for Care Assistant Jackie to take her customer out for a treat to Frankies Farm Shop in Staplehurst and they enjoyed some sweet treats!
This is part of our customer outings initiative, which is where we arrange for customers who find it difficult to get out and about to enjoy some time away from the home.
We strive to continually go above and beyond for our customers and this initiative is extremely important for us.
It is not only something that our customers enjoy, but also very enjoyable for our Care Assistants who highlight those they feel would benefit from an outing.
Our Care Assistants often ask if they can take their customers out for a little treat and our customer outing initiative means that we can make the arrangements for this to happen at no cost to our customer. Jackie and her customer very much enjoyed this trip out!
