We are absolutely delighted to announce that Tracey has received our Live-in Care Assistant of The Year award for her outstanding care support!
Tracey received the award along with a trophy and gift, which was presented by Cllr Roger Perfitt, Mayor of Dartford this week.
Tracey is an outstanding member of the team who always puts her customers first and strives to provide loving support that makes a difference.
Tracey is an outstanding Care Assistant and really does make a big difference!
In particular, she received this award for the excellent way that she supported one of her customers; Anne. The feedback we received could not have been more glowing and the support that she provided really did make a big difference.
It gives me great pleasure to give these awards out. and I think you do a terrific job. If I could achieve even 10%25 of what you achieve in my job, I would be doing a much better job than I am doing now. So I can only say from the bottom of my heart 'thank-you' for what you do for the community and everyone you support!

The award was presented at a special afternoon trip out to a local coffee shop, where everyone enjoyed a large tea, coffee or hot chocolate and much conversation before heading back to the office for some well-deserved bubbly!
Tracey, you are an inspiration and I am proud to work with you every day. The support you provide is amazing and you are a fantastic ambassador for Bluebird Care. Your customers and their family members absolutely love you!
