Newcastle Christmas market

Every year Newcastle pulls through with one of the best Christmas markets in the UK. Filled with food stalls from Greek food to pancakes and deserts, to amazing drinks options like a mulled wine or a hot chocolate. 

The markets are made for adults, families and kids, with Santas stories for the kids and families and Moosenwirt for the adults. Theres something for everyone and we recommend you go.

Seven Stories in Ouseburn

In Ouseburn, it’s a lovely area to explore for food and drink. Seven stories is a wonderful centre for children and for families and luckily enough this winter there are many activities on.

Fenwick’s window

Fenwick’s iconic Christmas Window display is back, bringing a magical twist to The Twelve Days of Christmas, reimagined by celebrated illustrator Chris Riddell.

Christmas is upon us and the first step of getting in the festive spirit is visiting Fenwick’s window. Based on Northumberland Street, you can go for a stroll around Newcastle City Centre, get some Christmas shopping and wind down by visiting the window, to explore the nostalgic times of the twelve days of Christmas. 

Go take a visit and then visit M&S café after for food and drink , based just across the road. 



Alnwick garden
