Congratulations to one of our care assistants, Elizabeth who has been presented with the ‘Outstanding Performance’ award for going above and beyond for a customer.

The ‘Outstanding Performance Award’ is a new award we are starting this year for any team members who have done something above and beyond for a customer or the business.

Our Bluebird Care Newmarket & Fenland team member Elizabeth was surprised when Hayleigh, our registered manager, presented her with our first ever ‘Outstanding Performance Award’. Elizabeth was with a customer when they took ill suddenly. Due to Elizabeth’s quick reaction and training in basic life support our customer made a full recovery.
