I’m a domiciliary care client from North Tyneside. I have only been with the organisation since Monday evening, 18 September 2023, and I'm very impressed with the support workers' arrival time; they remain with the client the allotted time - nothing phases them - the organisation is a breath of fresh air compared with other organisations I have been involved with, I would highly recommend this organization without a second thought.
If I had a relative/family member who needed a domiciliary, I would recommend Bluebird to anybody else; they are excellent.
