The fact that we have care assistants who've been with us since the very beginning speaks volumes about the positive environment Julie has cultivated. Julie's tireless efforts have built our outstanding reputation across North Tyneside. In fact, most of our new enquiries come through recommendations – a testament to the exceptional service we provide.
Her dedication goes beyond exceptional leadership. In 2022, Julie was awarded the Franchise of the Year Award at the Bluebird Care annual conference, a remarkable achievement considering our network of over 230 branches! This victory was a celebration for the entire company, as Julie truly believes in the power of teamwork and recognizes the vital role every team member plays.
