With over 8 years management experience, working for one of the country’s largest banks. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge & experience in client management, business, and process improvement. I look forward to providing outstanding, well trained, compassionate staff who are committed to promoting independence and delivering quality care, whilst becoming a leading employer for staff fulfilment and provider of choice within the area.

Nicola brings over 10 years of management experience and has been an integral part of Bluebird Care Pontypridd since shortly after our launch. Starting her career with us as a Care Assistant, Nicola’s dedication and skill quickly saw her promoted to supervisor and eventually take on the role of care manager.

Nicola is known for building strong working relationships with both her team and the customers we support. She consistently adopts a person-centred approach to care, ensuring that each individual's needs are met to the highest standard, promptly and efficiently.

Her passion for quality care is matched by her commitment to training and supporting Care Assistants. Nicola is dedicated to helping our Care Assistants achieve their full potential, both personally and professionally, so they can provide the best possible service to those we support.
