Amy Clark

Deputy Manager

Amy has worked at Bluebird since May 2023 and her role is Deputy Manager. Within Amys role she ensures that customers are provided with safe and effective care whilst supporting staff on personal development. Amys job is taking care of others and helping everyone around her, receive the outstanding services that Bluebird Care Newcastle and South Tyneside offer. Thriving in education, Amy completed a degree in Health and Social care and a master's in Practice Development, which led her to her role as Deputy Manager. Amy wants to make a difference at Bluebird Care Newcastle and South Tyneside, helping support change within the workplace and improve the service provided.

In Amys spare time, she likes to exercise, one of her hobbies is boxing, which she completes several times a week, as well as, spending her time with her two daughters.

Kayleigh Simpson

Deputy Manager

Kayleigh has been working at Bluebird Care Newcastle and South Tyneside since November 2021, where she takes on her role as Deputy Manager. Kayleigh was previously a carer and has been in the industry for 15 years, being in care allows her to continue helping and supporting people. Within her role as Deputy Manager, she oversees care staff and supports them within their future of care, Kayleigh wants to make a difference to the customers and help provide the support needed to the care staff to do so. The key responsibilities within Kayleigh's role include interacting with care staff and helping them excel in the world of care.

In Kayleigh's spare time she likes to go camping in her campervan, whilst spending time with her family. Also, Kayleigh previously had a business where she created personalised items, this was a hobby that consumed a lot of her time but loved getting involved with crafts.

Courtney Nettleton

Care Coordinator

Courtney started working for Bluebird Care April 2024, where she thrives in her role as Care Coordinator. Courtneys role is to ensure scheduling is sorted for both customers and carers, along with sorting holidays, timesheets and more. Moreover, Courtney started during lockdown to help her local care home, and her career has continued from there, she enjoy the wide range of customers and carers that we have, nobody is the same. In Courtneys spare time, she enjoys spending time with her partner, going out to different restaurants and a nice walk on the beach.

I enjoy making other customers and carers happy, and going the extra mile to help them with whatever they need

Karolina Polgrabia-bieryt

Data Analyst

Karolina has worked for Bluebird Care since June 2022 as Data Analyst. Karolinas role is to support Director and Senior Leadership Team to have all the data they need to ensure overall governance of the business, as well as KPI’s that are needed. For the past 14 years, Karolina have been working in Education as an MIS and Data Manager. She has extensive experience in managing Data and Management Information Systems, strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to read and interpret data reports, providing and presenting highly detailed management information.

In Karolinas spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, travel, sing, read books and learn new languages.
