Bluebird Care Annual Barbeque : A fun afternoon to thank our Health care staff and the office team for their dedication and team work.

Our recent annual barbecue was fun! In the back garden of our office in Southampton, we invited our teams from the Totton and the Southampton areas. Despite the threat of rain, we were fortunate to enjoy a dry and pleasant afternoon .

Our Managing Director, Hugo Mills treated our dedicated staff to a fantastic barbeque spread.Lots of healthy salads and great variety of meats. It all went down well with our team. It is a great way to introduce new health care professionals and get people to bond with eachother. We know that working out in the community has its challenges and can be lonely. Often when you know your colleagues, they can help you and support you , with doing your job well. 

We value our staff's well-being and appreciate their hard work. The barbecue was our way of saying "thank you" for their dedication and the positive impact  All our team members are valued for their hard work and dedication. They make a difference to our customers'lives . They are our reputation in the community . Ahappy team member is a great ambassador for our brand !
