Bluebird Care Southend Will Be Offering Health and Well-being Checks by 2020!

We are proud to announce that Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford, your local care at home and live in care specialists will be offering Health and Wellbeing Checks by January 2020!

Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford are proud to launch their new Health and Wellbeing Checks, monitoring vital signs on a regular basis and bridging the gap between home care and nursing.

What vital signs do we monitor?

• Blood pressure
• Pulse
• Temperature
• Breathing
• Oxygen saturation
• Alertness
• General wellbeing status (via questionnaire)

Our Health and Wellbeing Checks will be carried out by one of Bluebird Care Southend's trained Care Champions, freeing up resources in the NHS such as district nurses and GPs, as well as preventing the customer having to leave their homes for check-up appointments with health professionals.

This unique service can spot early signs of a decline in a customer’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Getting help quickly could prevent further deterioration and the need to go to hospital.
