We are extremely proud to award Elizabeth Krishan with ‘Employee of the Month’ for October 2021.

Liz has shown a great deal of dedication to the needs of her customers and team members, and as such, they have passed on several wonderful compliments about her work.

Having recently had to deal with a difficult situation, Liz has demonstrated amazing care and professionalism whilst supporting customer Miss M. This was the first time Liz was confronted with such a situation and Miss M’s mother advised how she was highly impressed with the support Liz had provided as well as the manner in which she had dealt with the situation.

As well as her outstanding level of care, the support Liz provides to carers and team members is second to none.  She has been extremely proactive in helping to boost staff morale by creating  Facebook quizzes.
