Life In The Office
Each month we hold a meeting for our incredible care team to update them on new policies, procedures and say thank you for the hard work that they put into their roles. For our July meeting, we had a group of Care Assistants who are keen bakers bring in some rather delicious cakes!

Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Lybitsa has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for June! Lybitsa was nominated by her colleagues because of how she continually goes above and beyond and they all felt that she deserved to receive the award.

We are proud to announce that Thomas has received our Live in Care Assistant of the month award for June! Thomas is a fantastic member of staff who has really made a difference to the life of his live in care customer, who was a little unsure about having care support when he started. He really put the customer at ease when he commenced support.

We are delighted to say a big well done to Care Assistant Cristina, who has passed her probation with us and proud to have recently celebrated with her! Cristina received her certificate and was very pleased for a short break from her studying!

Off For Lunch With Violet!
We are proud to regularly take customers on special individual outings and we recently arranged for Care Assistant Claudia to take her customer off out for lunch! Violet lives on her own in Tunbridge Wells and does not manage to get out of the house so Claudia reserved a table for her at The Hare on Langton Green.

Off For Coffee With Rita!
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a premium quality service to our customers, we regularly arrange for our Care Assistants to take a customer out to enjoy some time away from the home. We recently arranged for Care Assistant Zulal to take out customer Rita and they both had a really lovely time!

Celebrating With Our Staff
We are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Sue, who has marked her third work anniversary with us! Sue supports our customers in the community and loves her job. She is always a smiling face and particularly passionate about the provision of care at home services.

We have a lot to celebrate this week and recently spent time with Care Assistant Yvonne, who has marked her third work anniversary! We popped out to catch Yvonne in between her visits to our customers so we could give her a lovely bunch of flowers and brand new pin badge in recognition of her long service.
