About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is the Care Coordinator at Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees.

Joining us in November 2024 with a wealth of care knowledge already due to her previous experience as a Care Home Team leader, Elizabeth knows how important it is that we make it as easy and as comfortable as possible for our customers to remain in their homes. Her background in health care has also equipped Elizabeth  with the necessary skills that make an excellent coordinator. Her empathy and compassion make it easy for her to communicate with our customers and care professionals, which is the key to ensuring the smooth running of care.

It is due to her friendly and approachable personality that Elizabeth is able to effectively manage our rostering systems in a way that is beneficial both to our customers and our Care Experts, allowing our staff to maintain a healthy work life balance while ensuring customers always receive the care and support they need, at the times when they need it most.

Building healthy and trusting relationships with customers allows me to understand their preferences, which is really important when it comes to organising care and support plans that meet their needs perfectly.
