Choosing the right care for your loved one

We get it. If someone special in your life needs extra support to go about their life, it’s a big decision.You need to weigh up lots of different things and, most importantly, make sure that your loved one will be happy.

We can help. We’ll listen to your needs and, together with you, create a care plan that’s tailored to you and your loved one. And if anything changes, we can simply change your care plan so that you get thebest possible service.

Starting your care journey

Get in touch and assessment

Get in touch with us to start the process. We'll listen and provide advice if you need it. We always aim to book an assessment, where we can come and visit you and your loved one in their own home to discuss the care they need.

Care planning

After the assessment visit we'll craft your bespoke care plan, taking into consideration all the practical support your loved one needs along with all those fun extra elements supporting them to life their life to the full!

Introducing your care team

Once the care plan has been tweaked and agreed by everyone we can then introduce you and your loved one to the care team.

Regular reviews

We know that what you may need on day 1 doesn't always stay the same, so we have regular reviews to see what more (or less) support is needed for your loved one. We can provide care from a few hours a week to Live-in Care, so no matter your needs we have you covered.

Being regulated matters

We’re a regulated company. That means, by law, we have to provide all of our staff with all of the  raining they need to do a great job. It also means we need all the relevant insurance policies should something not go according to plan.

The end result? You can be confident you’re in a safe pair of hands.

Sometimes your carer might be off sick. Or go away on holiday. And usually, that would be hugely disruptive for you.

We ensure that we always have someone who can cover for your carer when they’re not around.
