We also had a tour of their distribution facilities, showcasing the care and precision behind their very seamless customer service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do - from personalised calls to ensure orders are correct and aligned to individual needs, to their options for all dietary preferences and health conditions.

A Surprising Tasting Experience 

The highlight of the visit? Without a doubt, the kitchen tasting session! We were impressed by the flavour and variety of their meals. Their dishes cater to all kinds of tastes and requirements, including softer textures for those with swallowing difficulties. Each bite is a testament to the care and expertise poured into their meals.

We even got to sample some festive treats like their ever-popular Christmas mince pies (which, by the way, are so good they flew off the shelves!).
