Our care supervisor, Barbara Barker has recently completed her ‘Train the Trainer’ in Moving & Handling.

Our care supervisor, Barbara Barker has recently completed her ‘Train the Trainer’ in Moving & Handling. Massive congratulations to her! Additional qualifications Barbara holds allow her to train care staff in handling medication, administration and basic life support. This will help other staff on a day-to-day basis.

Barbara works closely with our care manager, Louise Gall and together they are able to share their skills, knowledge and experience with other care assistants. This ensures that high quality standards are maintained and safe practice is carried out in line with the current legislation and standards.
