Sharon, Operations Director
Sharon oversees operations to ensure our team have everything they need to provide an exceptional service. She is passionate about customer service and the recruitment and retention of quality staff.

Laura, Customer Care Specialist
Laura introduces new customers to our service, from the initial consultation through to creating their personalised care plan. She works closely with our customer relationship team to ensure a warm welcome and ongoing support.
Anke & Temi, Customer Relationship Managers
Anke & Temi are the primary contact for our existing customers. They liaise with health professionals and family members to ensure all needs are met, while managing any schedule, care plan or service queries.
Amie, Lead Care Co-ordinator
Amie manages our weekly schedules, pairing customers with the right care assistants to meet their individual needs. She prioritises continuity of care, and communicates any daily changes.
Tennesse, Live-in Care Co-ordinator
Tennesse is a key link between our home and live-in services, matching care staff to customer preferences. She also co-ordinates handovers to ensure seamless transitions for live-in staff changeovers.
