Our management team have dedicated their working lives to the care and support of others. They share the wealth of their knowledge and experience to develop and support our fantastic team of expert carers to ensure we meet and exceed your expectations.
Who we are and what we do
Larry Berkowitz – The Director
Larry has been the proprietor of Bluebird Care Barnet and Bluebird Care Enfield for over a decade. Since then, he has been actively involved in the day-to-day operation of both Barnet and Enfield services. Larry is a great support to all the employees at both branches. When you visit the office in Barnet, you will hopefully meet him, you may even meet his two lovely dogs, Missy and Mable, too.
Debi O’Sullivan – Operations Manager
Debi has been working for Bluebird Care since December 2021. She has been overseeing the management of care services for over 25 years. Debi is also a teacher and thoroughly enjoys the training she provides to all staff.
Debi began her career as a Care Assistant and has worked within and managed a wide range of services throughout her career.
Angela Cazac- Register Care Manager
Angela is a healthcare professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in need. With strong leadership skills, she supports in managing care teams and works collaboratively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals.
Angela has worked in Health and Social Care for over 10 years and she joined Bluebird Care Barnet in May 2024.
Etta Heard – Recruitment and Training Officer
Like other members of Bluebird Care, Etta began her journey as a Care Worker. Being able to help those in need, brought such fulfilment at work. Since then, she has worked as a supervisor, and more recently as your Recruitment Officer.
Her love and compassion for all the Care Workers makes her a cherished asset for Bluebird Care Barnett. You probably have met her at some point, as she would have conducted your interview, and set up your eLearning Training. You will hear from Etta again when your personal records or training needs updating.
Louise Grieves – Care Coordinator
Louise has worked in the care industry for 15 years. However, she has worked for Bluebird Care for just over 10 years doing many different jobs, from being a Care Assistant, now becoming a Care Co-ordinator.
Throughout her time at Bluebird Care, she has been a trainer and achieved her level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Stacey Grieves – Care Coordinator
Stacey has worked for Bluebird Care for 8 1/2 years. Starting as a carer, she moved on to become a supervisor, and now work as a co-ordinator.
Stacey has developed many skills in her time at Bluebird Care, as well as completing many training courses, such as, the first aid course “Petals” with St John’s Ambulance, and her level 3.
Fola Ayeni– Field Care Supervisor
Fola joined Bluebird Care 6 years ago as a Care Worker. Her passion for a high standard of care, customer satisfaction and people development, continues to be her priority and “mantra”, especially in her management role.
Sam Hale – Field Care Supervisor
Sam has been with the company for 5 years. Sam was a care worker for 2 years she then became a supervisor and co-ordinator. She is now working as a care supervisor.
Doris Tetteh– Field Care Supervisor
Meet Doris! A valuable member of the Bluebird Care and has worked as a Field Supervisor with the Bluebird Care team since 2019. Doris is deeply dedicated to her role at Bluebird. Her responsibilities include, conducting assessments, and providing essential supervision to our team of care workers.
Prior to stepping into this role, Doris gained first-hand experience as a Care Worker, which enriched her understanding of care work, and helped her journey working for Bluebird Care.
Doris is committed to ensuring the highest quality of care for the customers, likewise, supporting the Care Workers as they journey with us at Bluebird Care.
