So who excelled in June and impressed our customers and team? Let's give a big like to our three winners, Sylwia, Marie and Jo!

Here's why you were chosen:

Sylwia (Colchester)

Sylwia has been with Bluebird care for over 6yrs. In this time, she has excelled at providing a high standard of care for our customers. Working within some of the most complex packages of care. This month, Sylwia has particularly stood out for the great communication between the customers and the office, to ensure a high, yet safe standard of care is always being delivered.

Marie (Tendring)

Marie’s ability to consistently think outside the box and problem solve has been invaluable during this month when one of our customers suffered a loss. The support and solutions found by Marie have been above and beyond.

Jo (Braintree)

Although new into the role, Jo has become an invaluable member of the team. She has shown remarkable adaptability, quickly learning and effectively performing her duties. Her willingness to take on new challenges and build relationships with the customers has been exemplary. Jo has also been a great team player and will often support with visits outside of her working hours. Well done Jo
