Your Bluebird Care journey may start with meeting our care consultant for a home care assessment. We will discuss your care needs and work with you to design a package of care that meets your needs. Our supervisors will then help to review your service on a frequent basis, and will be on hand to help whenever something changes.

Our coordination team is always there to help our customers and colleagues. Coordinators will schedule our visits to you, and make any changes needed to work around your needs. We are experts at adjusting to last minute changes in health or care needs. Our supervisors on this team will ensure that the service is closely monitored and that our expected high standards of care is exactly what you receive.
