Whether that’s giving our Care Experts the training they need, closely tracking any changes in your loved one’s health or making sure you feel involved every step of the way, our quality of care will put your mind at ease. Our team are on hand to support and guide you through the care journey, we’d love to talk and answer any questions you may have.
Emma Stimson Company Director/Registered Care Manager
Emma joined our team in early 2012 shortly after Bluebird Care Central Bedfordshire started. Emma has been in the care environment for over 25-years working in many areas from learning disabilities to elderly covering residential, nursing homes, hospitals and sheltered accommodation Emma has worked at all levels and has a very good understanding of what is needed to support our customers and care workers in a happy and safe environment and strives to ensure the best care is given all the time.
Tammie Cooper Company Director
Tammie joined Bluebird Care Central Bedfordshire in November 2012 as a care expert before moving to the office team as a coordinator in July 2014 where she has continued to progress within the company. Tammie has been working in the care sector since 1996 and has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge covering all aspects of adult care in residential, care homes and 1:1’s. Tammie has the experience of what is needed to support our customers in a person-centred approach and also with supporting our team of care experts.
Holly Smith Lead Coordinator
Holly has been with Bluebird care since March 2012, Holly was new to care at the time but after a short while she knew it was the career she wanted. Holly has worked her way up from Care expert to senior and is now our lead care coordinator. “It’s wonderful the opportunities Bluebird Care offer”.
Nicola Milborn Coordinator
Nicola joined Bluebird Care in October 2012. When she first joined the company, she was ‘new to care.’ Initially she didn’t know if this was going to be a career for her. But, after a few weeks supporting people, it gave Nicola great satisfaction to know she was helping people to stay in their own homes. “Bringing a smile to people every day is a great pleasure” Since joining Bluebird Care Nicola has grown within the business and has worked at several different levels from Care expert to supervisor to currently working as a coordinator in the office.
