Our carers are so kind, patient and very well-trained. They always arrive with a smile and brighten up our day. They are always on time and we are always kept informed of any change. A very professional service for which we are very grateful.
I cannot praise them all highly enough.
We made an urgent request for extra care; within an hour we had received a phone call and visit from a supervisor to help access exactly what was required. Within a few hours, carers arrived on time; they calmly dealt with the situation and showed so much care and consideration to my poorly mother. I can't thank them enough.
