Gabi Sprechert
As the Director of Bluebird Care Fareham, and with over 26 years experience in the care industry, Gabi's vision from day one has been to serve the community with an exceptional level of care that she can be proud of. Her unwavering commitment has never waned, and with the support of her loyal team, Gabi has created a unique and highly regarded care service. Gabi was also recognised for her work with an 'Outstanding Contribution to social care' award by the National Care Awards.
Louise Richards
As the Registered Care Manager, Louise manages the office team, ensuring we have a safe and compliant service. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the care team. Amongst other duties, Louise deals with compliments, complaints, staff training and CQC related queries.
Sharon McLoughlin
Having originally starting with Bluebird Care Fareham as a Care Assistant, Sharon is now the Carer Supervisor and works closely with our team of Care Assistants on a daily basis. Sharon is responsible for ensuring all of their training needs are met and that they have regular supervisions to discuss concerns and share ideas.
Becky Simpson
Becky is our highly experienced Care Coordinator, and has a challenging role of scheduling care calls, allocating staff, dealing with daily queries, as well as creating and updating the weekly care schedules for each customer. Becky has a wealth of experience having worked in the care sector for over 15 years, where she first started as a care assistant.
