We are delighted to have recently recognized Care Assistant Zelda's achievement in having recently completed her probation with us! Zelda strives to deliver the highest standard of care and support to our customers every day and was delighted to receive a box of chocolates and certificate as a well done.

Off For Lunch With Rod
As part of our commitment to providing a premium service to our customers, every two months we arrange for a regular Care Assistant to take one of their customers out for lunch. Recently, Care Assistant Veronica took out one of her customers for what was a really lovely meal! Veronica picked up customer Rod and headed down to the local inn at Speldhurst.

Announcing Our Second Community Grant For 2018!
We are delighted to announce that our second Community Grant for 2018 has been awarded to Age Concern in Tonbridge & Malling! Age Concern provides a range of services to support older people including foot care services delivered by trained chiropody specialists.

Celebrating 90 With Cynthia!
We recently had a call to the office inviting Care Supervisor Hannah to customer Cynthia's 90th birthday tea in Maidstone and Hannah jumped at the chance to celebrate with her. It was a very special invitation as Hannah used to support Cynthia when she worked as a Care Assistant, supporting her once or twice each week. Cynthia also invited her current regular Care Assistant Fainess, who joined Hannah!

Day Trip To Whitstable!
This week we took a group of customers out for the day on a trip to Whitstable and had a great time! We were joined by a small group and headed down to the coast in cars, where we met at Sea View Cafe on the promenade. For our customers who joined, the day was really something special as they do not manage to spend much time away from the home.

Paula joined our team just over a month ago and is doing an incredible job with numerous compliments having been received from our customers.

We are proud to announce that Thomas has received our Live in Care Assistant of the month award for June! Thomas is a fantastic member of staff who has really made a difference to the life of his live in care customer, who was a little unsure about having care support when he started. He really put the customer at ease when he commenced support.
