Our management team
Lauren started her career with Bluebird Care in 2017 as a care assistant. After 18 months she progressed and gained a promotion to Field Care Supervisor in 2018 before becoming the Care Coordinator in 2021. Lauren has since become the Registered Manager and recently passed her Registered Managers Interview with CQC the day before her 24th Birthday. For Lauren, building close relationships with our care assistants and enabling customers to remain at home for as long as possible is the most rewarding part of her role. Lauren always knew that she wanted to work in the care industry and support the elderly and vulnerable since caring for relatives when she was younger. Lauren has completed her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care and Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health and Lauren is now completing her Level 5 Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management in Adult Care. Lauren is extremely family orientated and loves spending time with her 1-year-old daughter Annie. Jules has worked in nursing and health care for over 10 years. Having joined Bluebird Care when the company started in December 2014, Jules has worked her way up the ladder from care assistant to supervisor and now to her current role as our Training and Live-in Care Manager. Jules finds it a great joy to see the newly trained care assistants grow and develop to support our customers from the comfort of their own homes. Jules has Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care and Train the Trainer qualifications in Medication Management, Moving and Handing and first aid. Outside of work Jules loves looking after and caring for her garden.
