Leisa & Tim, Owners
Leisa & Tim are driven by a commitment to provide an excellent and responsive service to our customer, while creating a supportive, growth-orientated and rewarding environment for our staff. Leisa is a Director of Bluebird Care (Peterborough & Oundle). Leisa jointly owns and manages Bluebird Care (Peterborough & Oundle) with Tim. With over 10 years' experience in Sales & Sales Management her roles have relied heavily on providing high quality customer service to all customers which she continues to be passionate about. Determined to bring her passion about customer service to the business ensuring excellent care is provided and experienced by all of our customers.
Tracy, Office Manager
Tracy ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our customers and staff always have a great experience. She helps us keep things efficient, professional, and focused on what matters most – your care.
Luke, Accounts
Luke is a key link to the day to day running of our Accounts & Finance area.
Hannah, Care Co-Ordinator
Hannah manage our weekly schedules, pairing customers with the right care assistants to meet their individual needs. Hannah prioritises continuity of care, and communicates any daily changes.

Charley, Community Care Manager
Charley is a member of our Community Care Manager team. As a CCM, Charley supports customers and our care team assuring the best care and support. Charley liaises with customers, with health professionals and family members to ensure all care needs are met, while managing any schedule, care plan or service queries.
Michelle, Community Care Manager
Michelle introduces new customers to our service, from the initial consultation through to creating their personalised care plan, and continues to hold the hand of our existing customers she manages. Michelle ensures a warm welcome and ongoing support to all our customers.
Kirsty, Community Care Manager
Kirsty looks after both our existing customers and care team, as well as introducing new customers to our service. From the initial consultation through to creating their personalised care plan, and continues to hold the hand of our existing customers she manages. Kirsty supports her team of Care Experts in the field to be the very best they can be, in their vocation and career with Bluebird Care.
Claire, Community Care Manager
Claire supports our new Bluebird Care Experts as they join our amazing team. Whether experienced in care or new to care, Claire provides consistency and support throughout each persons probationary periods, with support, training, mentoring and management. Helping each person to have the best tools and support to be the best Care Expert they can be. Claire also manages and looks after our existing customers, ensuring their care needs are always met and up to date.
