Then, gradually, our team can provide daily and eventually full-time support if that is the wish.

This entails recruiting the finest staff and providing them with the highest level of training possible. All our staff are recruited in-house with face-to-face interviews, fully police-checked and referenced. Then we train them in-house for three days. We will not continue their training if we feel they are not up to our standards. During the first three months, they continued to be trained and monitored. During their employment, we encourage staff to take on further training on dementia and other areas to progress their skills. Our best care experts come from different walks of life, but they all have in common to make a difference in one's life.
