At Bluebird Care Stafford, we are committed to delivering the highest quality care and support for our customers. As part of our ongoing dedication to excellence, we conducted our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey from August to October 2024.
With a 72.5% response rate, we are delighted to share some key insights:
Survey Highlights:
- 100% of customers feel their care workers involve them, support their independence, respect their choices, and show commitment in their role.
- 100% of customers are satisfied with the service they receive from Bluebird Care Stafford.
- 100% of customers agree that care workers are polite and treat them with respect.
These results reflect our team’s hard work and dedication to delivering person-centred, compassionate, and professional care.

We are truly grateful for the wonderful feedback shared by our customers. Here are just a few of their comments:
Because Mum has dementia, consistency of carers is very important. It’s helpful to me and Mum. However, I think this has now been resolved.
Carers generally complete all tasks as required but occasionally miss things, such as not documenting what amount of food/drink Peter has consumed at mealtimes. Documentation seems to have improved of late.
At this moment, the service provided is just right.
Continuous Improvement:
We are always seeking ways to enhance our services. Some customers highlighted areas for improvement, such as better notification of visit times and increased availability for complex care needs. We are actively addressing these concerns to ensure our services remain reliable and responsive.
