We are celebrating with Lorna, our ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ for January 2020.

Lorna has deservedly been recognised and awarded for demonstrating exceptional care and professionalism in her role as a carer.

She has been awarded ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ for her outstanding and professional approach when dealing with an extremely difficult situation whilst in a customer’s home. Lorna remained calm whilst continuing to offer outstanding support and care to everyone involved. Her empathy and ability in really helping the customer shows she has continued to maintain a wonderful approach. Her communication and attention to detail in reporting the concerns were exceptional.
