Robert Treschi (Director)
Robert is the Director of Bluebird Care (Stevenage and North Herts) and leads a dedicated team including a Care Manager, Co-ordinator and Supervisor who have a combined experience of over 35 years in care. Having experienced at first hand the difficulties and frustrations of arranging care for his own father , Robert is passionate to provide a service that actually puts the customer and their needs at its heart.
Sarah Armstrong (Care Manager)
Sarah has been with Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts since November 2010 and has been Care Manager since December 2012. She has a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and she has so far overseen 350,000 hours of care. In June 2024 she was awarded the Community Care Manager of the Year at the Palliative and End of Life Care Awards. This is testament to the reputation of care and quality that Sarah has built up over the years.
Kayleigh Saint-Clare (Care Supervisor)
Kayleigh has been in care for 14 years and has been with Bluebird Care since 2017. She has a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and has completed the Oliver McGowan train the trainer. She is also a Mental Health first responder. Kayleigh is a Care Supervisor and her role includes conducting risk assessments, writing care plans, planning rotas and supporting the care team via Observations and Supervisions.
Lisa Brace (Care Supervisor)
Lisa has been with Bluebird Care since February 2018 and has been a Care Assistant and has worked her way up to Care Supervisor. Her role includes conducting risk assessments, writing care plans and supporting the care team via Observations and Supervisions.
